Event Security
Safety and security are paramount at any event and it is our job to ensure everything runs smoothly.
It is important for a steward or security guard to be versatile and able to adapt to different crowds and events. Their skills enable them to do so and to undertake their role professionally and efficiently. An important part of our work is Customer Care, which is heavily emphasised to our staff. They are aware that tact and discretion are invaluable when dealing with any tricky and difficult situations that may occur. You can be sure that our event security staff act with the utmost professionalism and help to provide a secure and enjoyable environment.
Prior to the commencement of any event, we will visit the prospective venue to undertake a security survey. We will assign an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of the event security.
All staff are fully briefed and are made familiar with the layout of the venue to ensure the event is managed to the organisers specifications and that of the Local Authority.
We make sure all our staff are easily identifiable in a crowd by supplying high visibility clothing and should any problem arise all our staff have experience using radios making communication quick and effective.
All our SIA staff are fully vetted in line with BS 7858 and BS 8406 and all hold full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licences.
We undertake all aspects of stewarding and security whether it is indoors or outdoors.
